Rod Boothe is a seasoned operational leader and compliance expert with over 25 years of experience in driving business performance, regulatory compliance, and risk management initiatives. His extensive career has spanned multiple industries, including food processing, oil and gas, security, and banking, where he has successfully led operational and compliance functions in companies with revenues ranging from $300 million to $12 billion.
Known for his ability to build dynamic teams and spearhead strategic business initiatives, Rod has managed over 100 client-related, federal, and international compliance programs. His expertise in financial, operational, and technical areas has positioned him as a versatile change agent and program manager.
Rod holds a Master of Business Administration from Oglethorpe University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business from the University of Kentucky. His professional credentials include certifications as a Process Control Qualified Individual (PCQI), Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM), Certified Internal Controls Auditor (CICA), and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). He is highly respected by senior leadership, clients, and industry peers for his ability to navigate complex regulatory environments, including agencies such as OSHA, EPA, FDA, DOT, FMCSA, DOL, OFCCP, FINTRAC, and FIN-CEN.
In recognition of his outstanding contributions to his field and community, Rod was awarded the prestigious Carnegie Hero Medal in 2021, along with Congressional Recognition and a Governor Commendation for his achievements.

Autumn Rodriguez, MBA, SPHR

Autumn Rodriguez is a seasoned HR leader and culture and compliance expert with over 20 years of experience in driving business performance, company culture, change management and strategic initiatives that align to company objectives. Her extensive career has spanned multiple industries including consumer services, manufacturing, distribution, power & energy, retail, and covered company structures including publicly-traded, private-equity, franchise, and family-owned and operated, where she successfully led HR operations and HR business partnerships in companies with revenues ranging from $36 million to $2.7 billion.
Autumn has also worked in business model structures with COEs and shares services as well as fully decentralized models of functional support. Autumn is a natural builder of talent, programs and business results.
Known for her ability to partner with leadership to build high performing teams and spearhead strategic business initiatives, Autumn has managed multi- and single-site operations spanning 500 employees up to 40,000 (in a portfolio organization with 12 marketing-leading business units). Her expertise in human resources partnerships, human resources operations and talent ecosystems, with an underlying backbone of labor and employment regulations’ expertise across the US and internationally, have positioned her as a versatile change agent and business driver of talent, scale enablement, efficiencies, compliance, and business performance. In her roles, she has specifically built and enhanced programs across recruiting, onboarding, performance and talent assessments, succession management, training and development, diversity and inclusion, performance management, talent assessments, succession management, compensation and benefit design and negotiation, retention and engagement, culture transformation, organization development and design, data analysis and strategic planning.
